At 13:11 on February 14th, Squad 2 was alerted to the respond to Rt. 4/Governor’s Run Road (705 box) for a serious auto accident with subjects trapped. Chief 7B Medkaff arrived on scene, established command and reported a two-vehicle accident with subject trapped, alerting Squad 2 to assist.

Squad 2 arrived and was assigned the extrication group alongside  Squad 7 (St. Leonard). After the extrication completed, Squad 2 was reassigned to secure helicopter landing zones for MSP Trooper 7.  Squad 2 operated on scene for 35 minutes.
