On December 6th, 2017 at 09:24, Company 2 and surrounding companies were alerted to Route 4 at Northwest Drive for the auto accident reported serious, one trapped.

Due to Squad 6 (Huntingtown) being out of service, Squad 2 and Squad 5 were alerted to the call. Upon arrival, crews found a pickup on its side with one trapped occupant.

Company 2 assisted Company 6 with stabilization and extrication of the patient where they were then transported to PG Shock Trauma.

Squad 2 operated for 30 minutes.
