Where can I purchase tickets?
Online through the PFVFD website (www.pfvfd.org), at the firehouse, from members of PFVFD or Ducks Unlimited, or through the Ducks Unlimited website.
If I order tickets online how will I receive my tickets?
If you order before September 1st, your tickets will be mailed to you. If you order after this date your tickets will be held at Will Call, where they can be picked up the day of the event. If purchasing online, please remember if you use the PFVFD website or the DU website. This will help us better assist you if there are any issues at the gate.
What is the difference between an admission ticket (blue) and a raffle-only ticket (red)?
The blue admission tickets ($60) allow for entrance into the event. They also include food/drink, and entry into all of the main raffle drawings (27 drawings total). The red raffle-only tickets ($30) are just for the main raffle drawings. You cannot attend the event with just this ticket.
Can I purchase tickets at the gate?
We cap our ticket sales at 800 for the admission tickets ($60). Unless we reach our cap before the event you can purchase tickets at the gate. You can always purchase additional raffle-only tickets ($30) at the gate. If we reach our limit before the event we will advertise this on our website and social media.
Do I need my ticket to gain entry to the event?
Yes – you will be given a BLUE admission ticket when you purchase your tickets. You will need to show this at the gate.
Where can I find my ticket number?
When you purchase a ticket you will be given either a BLUE (admission) or RED (raffle-only) ticket. At the edge of the ticket is a number. This is your ticket number for the main raffle drawings. If you purchase tickets online, you will receive a confirmation number – this IS NOT your ticket number. This is a confirmation number for your order. Following your purchase, you will receive an email from either PFVFD or DU with your actual ticket numbers. Your actual tickets will be placed in the mail to you. If you purchase your tickets within 1 week of the event date, you will receive an email with your ticket number(s), and your actual ticket(s) will be waiting for you at the entry gate at WILL CALL. (NOTE – If you purchase raffle-only tickets, they will be put in the mail to you unless you request they be left at will call.)
Is the event inside or outside?
The event will be held outside at the fairgrounds. There will be seating in the pavilion/stage area, as well as large tents. There will also be seating in one of the large display buildings in the area. There will be fans to help keep things cool.
Is there a rain date?
No – the event is rain or shine.
Is the event handicapped accessible?
Yes – there is designated handicapped parking near the entrance gate. The event is on flat ground and inside the fair outbuilding, which is easily maneuverable by wheelchair or scooter. Fire Department personnel are available to assist as needed.
Is there a fee for parking?
No – there is plenty of FREE parking at the fairgrounds.
Are children permitted to attend?
Children are permitted to attend the event at the discretion of their parents. All children over 12 must have an admission ticket. If you are considering bringing children under 12, please ask for pricing when purchasing your tickets. It is worth noting that there are no specific children’s activities.
What kind of food will be served?
Our thanks to Caney Creek for catering this year’s event. The menu is:

What are the VIP Tables?
VIP tables are tables reserved for our sponsors and those who paid extra to reserve a table for their group.
What is a Table Sponsorship?
New this year, your business or group can purchase a table sponsorship for either $2,000 or $2,500. With your purchase you get 10 admission tickets, one reserved table for 10 people, and the choice of a gun or Yeti cooler. How the gun is distributed is up to the purchaser of the table. We will provide raffle tickets for those who wish to have a raffle for the prize amongst your group. Once the prize is selected, it will be ordered, and arrangements will be made for you to pick it up when it arrives.
What is a Reserved Table?
For $100, a table is reserved in one person’s name. The table will have a sign on it with your name, indicating no one can sit there but your group. The table will seat up to 10 people. Also included is a bucket to carry drinks back to your table, a cooler filled with ice and koozies for everyone at your table.
What drinks will be available?
Included with ticket: Budweiser, Bud Light, Bud Light Lime, Michelob Ultra, Kona Big Wave, Landshark, Mully’s Blood Orange, White Claw (various flavors), Bottled Water, Sodas (Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite) (Subject to change based on availability)
Not Included: Mixed drinks will be available for purchase. Offered are : Nutrl Cans and Wine ($5), Mixed Drinks ($8).
Beer Buckets: For an extra “donation” at the beer stand you can purchase a bucket to carry your beer back to your table.
Will there be a silent auction?
Yes – We have not determined if it will be an in-person auction or an online auction. As soon as this is determined we will update. Examples of silent auction items include gift certificates, designer purses, and themed baskets.
Will there be other activities during the afternoon?
There will be games and other side raffles taking place throughout the day (See Game Overview Section). There will be separate prizes for each.
Will extra money be needed at the event?
Your ticket covers entry into the event, food/drink, and entry into the main raffle drawings. Money will be needed if you are interested in playing any of the games, entering any of the side raffles, or auction purchases. All major credit cards will also be accepted at the main gate. There will be an ATM on site available for use.
Can credit cards be used?
We will accept major credit cards at the gate. There is also an ATM on site. All of the games and raffles are cash only.
T-Shirts Available for Purchase?
Yes – we have shirts for both adults (S-2XL) and children (XS-XL). Kids Shirts are $15 each and Adults $20. Limited number available, so get your shirt early.
Where can I find the winning numbers?
Numbers will be announced from the stage. They will also be posted on a board in front of the stage and on the TV screens around the venue. Social media will be updated periodically throughout the event, with final winning numbers posted on social media and our website after the event.
Will winners receive their prizes the day of the event?
Prizes that are not guns will be given directly to the winner. Gun winners will meet with an authorized dealer, who will ensure all required paperwork and background checks are completed. Once all requirements are met prizes will be given to the winner as permitted by law. Winners will be allowed to take long guns home with them that day. Any handgun or regulated gun will require a seven day wait period. All guns will be in a secure location throughout the event. Winners of guns must be 18 or older – no exceptions. NOTE: Beginning next year (2026), winners will not be permitted to take guns on the day of the event due to a new Ducks Unlimited policy. Paperwork will be completed, and a gun pick up date will be scheduled with the authorized dealer. All non-gun prizes will be awarded the day of the event.
What will I need to claim my prize if I win a gun?
Our authorized dealer will have all of the necessary paperwork for you to complete. You will need to age 18 or older and must have your driver’s license or other government-issued identification card.

What games/activities will take place at the event? (Subject to change)
Wall of Guns: A deck of DU cards is cut in half. Players purchase one half of a card, and the other half is put in the drawing. Once the whole deck is sold, a winner is selected and a new game starts. $20 per chance (Playing Cards)
ATV Raffle: Purchase tickets to win the Special Edition Suzuki King Quad 400 ATV. ($20 for 1; 3 for $50; 8 for $100; 20 for $200)
Yeti Cooler Raffles: A book of raffle tickets is sold for each game. Once the whole book is sold, a winner is picked, and they select any cooler from the table. Games continue until we run out of coolers or tickets. $10 each (White Tickets)
Duck Pond: Purchase a duck (or several) and win the number of tickets on the bottom of the duck for your chance to win the electric bike displayed. Pick a duck with a star on it and you win 2 raffle tickets and a gift card (they range in value from $5 to $50). $5 per duck/6 ducks for $25 (Purple Tickets)
Big Ticket Raffle: Similar to the Yeti raffle, a book of tickets is sold for each game. Once the book is sold a winner is selected. The Winner picks any prize displayed on the table and a new game begins. $20 each (White Tickets)
Cooler of Cheer: Purchase tickets to win a cooler filled with beer and more. $10 each/3 for $20 (Blue Tickets)
Choose Your Gun Raffle: Purchase tickets for a chance to win one of the guns displayed. $10 each/3 for $20 (Green Tickets)
DU State Guns: Purchase tickets for your chance to win the DU gun(s) displayed. $5 each/5 for $20 (Green Tickets) (Drawing to be held at a later date – will be posted at the DU State Gun Table)
Big Six Wheel: Place your bets for a chance to win cash or the gun displayed. Bets start at $1.
Pull Tabs: Purchase your pull tabs for a chance to win cash. $1 each
Cup Game: Purchase a cup with a ticket inside. Multiple winners can select from the prizes displayed including guns and cash $20 (Pink Tickets)
50/50 Raffles: There will be multiple 50/50 raffles throughout the day. Our raffle ladies will be walking around selling the tickets. Price: 2 for $10/6 for $20
Duck Bands: Purchase a duck band for your chance to win the gun(s) displayed. $20.
