Crews Run 2nd Fire of the Day
On February 24th, at 1500 hours, Company 2 and surrounding units were alerted to the 5200 of Long Beach Rd. For the Smoke in the residence. Engine 21, Tower 2 and Tanker 2 responded.
Radio Road Structure Fire
On February 24th, at 1052 hours, Company 2 was alerted for the structure fire in the area of Radio Road. Engine 22, Engine 21, Tower 2, Squad 2, Tanker 2 and Jeep 2 along with Chief 2, 2 Alpha and 2 Charlie responded and found an abandoned 1 story, single family with heavy fire throughout.
One Pinned on 231
On February 20th, at 2108 hours, Squad 2, Engine 22 and Safety 2 responded to the area of the 7-11 on 231 for the MVA. The responding units were later advised of one possibly on fire and one trapped.
Fill-in Crews Take in a Porch Fire
On February 17, Company 2 responded to the 2100 block of Timeless Dr. in St. Leonard for the reported house fire. Because of this being our annual banquet night Engine 21, staffed by Huntingtown Co. 6, Tower 2, staffed by Bay District Co. 3 and Squad 2, staffed by Dunkirk Co. 5 responded to the call.
