1-23-07 At 1312 hours, Ambulance 4 and 83 was
alerted to Medical Box 2-05 for injuries from an auto
accident. Due to this being a personal injury accident and
Company 2 not being dispatched, Squad 2(AFC D'Agostino)
responded with the Ambulances to Hallowing Point Road and
Jibsail Drive. Squad 2 arrived on the scene to find a tanker
versus a truck. Chief 2A established the Hallowing Point
Command as the Squad crew stabilized the trucks and went to
work checking the 880 gallon tanker to make sure there were no
leaks. Both vehicles were secured as Ambulance 4 packaged one
patient for transport. The patient was taken to CMH for a
check-up and one patient signed a refusal. Squad 2 cleared in
